This system allows users to pay for the exact duration of parking, maintaining an open parking session. Charges are calculated based on actual usage, with billing occurring at the end of the session and at regular intervals similar to mobile phone billing.

For those utilizing SmartSosta+, entry and exit processes are notably streamlined; users need not lower their windows to obtain parking tickets as the SmartIoT technology directly communicates with the application in proximity to the system. This innovation effectively places a parking meter in the user's pocket, enabling easy extension of parking duration as needed.

Support is accessible around the clock through a dedicated HelpDesk and chat function, which can be activated within the application settings. This integrated help option provides guidance on key features and usage instructions.
