Sosta+ offers a comprehensive range of features for users of urban parking facilities, catering to both on-road and automated car parks, as well as integrating with digital time discs. For those utilizing SmartSosta+, entry and exit processes are notably streamlined; users need not lower their windows to obtain parking tickets as the SmartIoT technology directly communicates with the application in proximity to the system. This innovation effectively places a parking meter in the user's pocket, enabling easy extension of parking duration as needed.

Support is accessible around the clock through a dedicated HelpDesk and chat function, which can be activated within the application settings. This integrated help option provides guidance on key features and usage instructions.

Upcoming sharing and social functionalities will allow users to share their account credits with family members, friends, and colleagues effortlessly. The QR code reader enhances convenience by facilitating parking, accessing the web portal, credit sharing, and recharging through Sosta+ Ricaricard available at SCT Srl's infopoints. Additionally, license plate recognition via the app's integrated camera enhances efficiency in verifying vehicles.

With these intuitive features, users can stay informed about parking durations through Stop+, which alerts them before their time expires. This proactive approach enables users to either renew their parking session or navigate back to their vehicles with ease.
